Chris' Biography

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Chris has been playing music since he was twelve years old.  In the early seventies he cut his vocal and guitar teeth through his church music group.  Chris formed his first band in 1976 called Mantys which played in pubs, parties and festivals.  Most of the music influence came from artists and bands such as Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Yes, The Beatles and Lightfoot to name a few.   In 1978 when he enrolled in the jazz music program at Humber College it subsequently opened up performing and recording gigs.  Chris was a session singer for jingles and albums as well as having had the opportunity to provide backup vocals and guitar for many artists including Anne Murray and Glen Campbell.

Chris pursued a solo project in 2004 and in May of 2005 he oversaw the production of his first album, Three am.
